Our Work
We reforest school gardens, as well as soup kitchens and children´s homes, with fruit trees and edible forests.
- Empower children and adolescents to understand the importance of growing their own food, promoting food sovereignty
- Regulate and manage the spaces provided for the reforestation.
- Expand reforestation to urban areas and create an organic seed bank.
Goals
Create
Sustainable community production models - edible forests - and promote environmental care awareness.
Plant
Organic edible fruit trees such as almond, hazelnut, banana, chestnut, lemon and tangerine among others in soup kitchens, primary and secondary schools.
Reforest
Urbanized, burned or arid spaces with edible forests. By doing this, we contribute to the ecological restoration of ecosystems that have been degraded, damaged or destroyed.
Contribute
To food sovereignty and children and adolescent’s access to self-managed food nationwide, while also expanding long term reforestation.
